HOW ARE YOUR PRICES SO LOW? ARE ALL OF PRODUCTS NEW?

We are committed to offering the lowest possible price on the best, brand new products in the craft industry! We have a relatively small warehouse but believe that running it efficiently and cutting costs wherever we can is the key to passing on great savings to you our customers!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We cannot provide guaranteed delivery dates, but we find that most deliveries arrive within 2-5 days, even on the east coast (We ship from Washington state).

CAN YOU FIND ________ PRODUCT FOR ME?

Most likely, yes! We have suppliers with 100s of thousands of products, so please just let us know what you're looking for and we'll do our best to get it and give you the best price!

MY SHIPMENT TRACKING SHOWS THE PACKAGE AS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER GOT IT

For one reason or another, the USPS tracking occasionally shows that the package has been delivered when it really hasn't been. In 90% of cases, it has just been delayed and shows up within 1-3 days, so please give it a little extra time before contacting us. If it is still delayed after that, the best course of action is to provide your local post office with the tracking number so they can figure out what happened to it.

HOW DOES ONLY ONE LIFE CREATIONS SUPPORT CHARITY AND MISSIONS?

Only One Life Creations was originally started as a small side business by a good friend of ours, Candace, who gave away 100% of the profits to charities and missions. This included our very own family (Tiffany and Jesse Shanks) while we were missionaries in Togo, Africa! Well, God blessed the business so much that it became too large for her to handle! We purchased it from her in January of 2018 with the plan that it could support our family as we transitioned back to the US in June of 2019 and provide enough flexibility so we could keep traveling to various African countries and continue our missions work. Beyond that, we envision giving away everything we can beyond our living expenses to other missionaries, charities, and special needs! We also do specific fundraising events, such as when we gave $2,250 to help a medical mission in December 2018 to the Cameroonian refugees living in Ogoja, Nigeria.
